The location was convenient. I found access to Luxor, Mandalay Bay, and New York New York very useful! The buffet schedule suited my needs well. There were many choices to eat without going outside.
My room lacked USB ports! It was hard to charge my phone. The pool area needed more shaded spaces without the high cost of a cabana.

I found clean rooms and i was surprised by the affordable price (it's always a good thing!). i really enjoyed eating at dave's last resort with my friends. The food tasted great. the thunder down under show was also very entertaining. I was not disappointed.
the staff told me the wrong tower initially, but the situation was resolved quickly. i got to the correct place and the room was super nice.

the check-in process occurred very quickly, and the staff were willing to help guests. it was convenient to rent a car on the hotel. additionally, the hotel offered pick-up services for tours, useful.

the tournament of kings dinner and show was very nice, and the food tasted very good. i found the food court to be extensive, giving a wide variety of choices. there was a sports bar that also provided karaoke.

access to other parts of the area was easy because of the walkways (we walked everywhere!). the rooms included led lighting, which helped create a relaxing atmosphere for sleep. the baggage service delivered luggage directly to the rooms.

the newly renovated resort tower king was spacious. it included a large television. the bathroom had two sinks and ample counter space for toiletries.
The hallways sometimes smelled faintly of smoke. This was noticeable despite being on a non-smoking floor.

Hotel staff were generally helpful. Amanda at reception specifically stood out. she answered all our questions and offered a snack to the kids while we waited for our room keys. customer service was superb! though there was a short wait during peak hours.

The location offers convenient access to nearby attractions. Allegiant stadium and t-mobile arena are within walking distance. the hotel is also connected to luxor and new york-new york via indoor walkways! this made it very easy to explore without going outside.
